Send off tonight, February 27th.

SEND OFF:

6:00 – 6:30 
Believers arrive at camp. Encouragers are responsible for arranging transportation to and from camp.

A table will be set up in or near Snack for the Registrar to sign in Believers. Send Off Team and Residence will help assist with this.

6:30 – Bless the food and serve the meal.

7:00 – 7:15 – The Community arrives and goes to chapel.
Park cars at Conference. 

7:20 – 7:25 – Servants and Community line path between Snack and Chapel. 

Serenade Practices – Saturday, March 1st

Will be in the Chapel at Camp Bethany between 5:15 and 5:30 pm.
Please do not arrive earlier than 5:15. We must remember that other people use the camp driveway, so we don’t need to keep it blocked for a long time. There will be servants who will help us stay hidden from the believers. Please park where you are directed when he or she instructs you to.
Parking will be behind the lodge as long as weather permits.

Closing – Sunday March 2nd

Please do not get to camp before 12:15
and no later than 12:45. Park behind the lodge and go straight to Conference.
