Time for our Fall Gathering, Saturday, October 18th, starting at 5:30 pm. Anyone who has completed a Walk is invited to join us at Cornerstone Baptist Church.  Come Worship, hear who our next lay leaders will be for walks #37 and #38, eat, fellowship, and get the latest announcements for our community.

Please bring the item listed below, going by the first letter of your last name.

A-E – Bread or Salad
F-K – Main Dish or Meat
L-S – Dessert
T-Z – Vegetables, Casserole, or Soup

Today’s Women’s Closing will be back in CONFERENCE.

Sunday, March 8th, 12:50 pm – IN CONFERENCE

Closing will be Sunday, March 8, at Camp Bethany (arrive no later than 12:45 pm)

You may arrive between 12:15 pm and 12:45 pm. Please park where directed behind the lodges (weather permitting) in the grass.

WOMEN’S SERENADE IS TONIGHT! 

SATURDAY, MARCH 7th

Community arrives at 5:30 PM.
Please do not show up before this.

Park at Conference – Please try to stay off the grass as much as possible in case of bad weather.

Head to CHAPEL.  SERENADE PRACTICE WILL BE IN THE CHAPEL.

THE AC IS WORKING! 🙌🏼

All 4th Day Community members are invited to attend.
This is an adults-only event.

Reminder: Please do not take any photos while at FaithWalk. 

If you have any Agape Letters to bring, do not forget those either.  There will be a place for you to drop off your letters

for Agape.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  The Community is being asked to please not linger after Hug and Release at the end of  Serenade. Leadership will need to get all the Believers to their rooms before they can continue with their evening events, so please do not hang around after Hug & Release.

FWALT Fall 2025 News Letter

Hello FWALT Community,

It’s hard to believe that we have wrapped up another excellent round of walks with FWALT #33 and #34!  It is always amazing to see how God shows up, and I am never in doubt that He will indeed show up and show out.  We had two very successful walks, and plans are well on their way for walks #35 and #36!

We continue to have Send-Offs at Camp Bethany.  This has been going very well, and we appreciate all who came out to make Send Off, Serenade, and Closing such a success.

This past Saturday, we had our annual Fall Gathering.  Even with the torrential downpour that spread across the Arklatex (and we all know we needed the rain!), many of you came out to fellowship, worship, hear testimonies, and pray over our newest Lay Leaders.

Thank you to Cornerstone Baptist Church for hosting us again.

At our Gathering, we heard remarkable testimonies from Christian Kemp and Thomas Kennedy, who just walked on walks #33 and #34.  Thank you both for sharing a little of your stories and how your FaithWalk experiences have impacted your lives.

Kevin Holt provided a great devotional, and worship was led by Sarah Fortenberry, Reisa Johnson, and Sara Lloyd.  Rain on a metal roof was loud, but an entire community of brothers and sisters in Christ worshiping together was even more deafening.

Thank you very much to our outgoing board members, Joyce Bell and Nick Hyman.

Your attendance at each meeting is very important and valuable, and you are only allowed to miss two meetings. Keep in mind that Saturday meetings count as two meetings when checking your calendars. The walk will be open for sign-ups tomorrow on the website. Again, prayerfully consider the dates required for meetings and the weekend before signing up. I’m looking forward to what God has in store for FWALT #36!
